Florian-Emmanuel Christophe Pelabon (so we call him Flo for short) is originally from France.
Over six years ago in San Diego, he met a Kiwi chick called Leanne. She brought him back to New Zealand and took him on a surfing tour around the country. Well needless to say he fell in love, with the country and the girl! He married both and the rest is history.
Lucky for you, because Flo has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and a huge passion for great coffee. And when the French are passionate about something they deliver the very best!
